After watching today’s episode, surprisingly I found myself accepting (even agreeing) on the changes made by the studio. As a novel fan, I was quite apprehensive in the beginning when they started whitewashing the dumb parents and the prick of a brother because they are a thousand times more hateful in the novel.

But this is also one part of the novel where I (and many other readers on Wuxiaworld) wished the author would just cut down on all the drawn-out drama before SH dies. The whole dying arc literally drags on for chapters and almost everyone on WW was like, “please just let him die..”

Thank God the studio actually cut down at least 70% of this overly dramatised arc. They took the villainy and stupidity out from the parents and the brother, at the same time they gave SH a stronger sense of heroism and selflessness. The end result is surprisingly moving and it somehow gives a fitting closure to this lower realm arc.

My only gripe is their apathy or laziness to even design a 10 seconds scene of SH lying in a coffin or better still don’t show him at all, just show a bloody tomb. I know it’s easier to show his resurrection when everyone can see what’s going on with his dead body but ffs why would anyone put their loved one’s corpse on a public display? 🤦‍♂️

What’s worse, the animation looks so unnatural as if he was just hovering between the roots of the tree. And what’s with those lights coiling around his body? Sigh.. i don’t even know what to say! **smh

can i get spoilers, i wanna know about, will SH have a new supreme bone or will he just stay like the way he is now and continue to cultivate. i also wanna know more about the supreme blood in his body, will it help him cultivate better or will it just be used for his resurrection and if he will learn any new cultivation methods.

That’s like a long way to go. The answer below should answer all your questions:
Yes, he will grow a third supreme bone but he did not allow it to happen. Instead when the supreme bone is about to form, he channels all his supreme blood onto all his bones. Just like his second supreme bone where he carved the runes onto his bones, he more or less did the same with his third supreme bone ability when he directed his supreme blood throughout his body. Later, he even awakens the lost ability of his first supreme bone. In a nutshell, SH actually does not have a single supreme bone in the end but he still has 3 supreme bones abilities. His third supreme bone ability is the most badass. It basically amplifies his first two abilities. Lastly, SH never relies on his supreme bones abilities, he always seeks his own path and he actually invents a brand new cultivation system all by himself surpassing all the previous generations.

The subs are not very clear tbh. His body does not decay because the little sparrow brought the undying grass seeds and planted them on his tomb. If you read my comment from the last episode, you’ll know what becomes of SH. In fact, just watch the next episode preview, it already shows you that he’s resurrected.

in those 50 ep's you missed complete epic-ness and some of the best fight scenes of any donghua if not the best.... i dont think any other show depicts the power of an immortal cultivator as good as this show, BTTH i feel is a close 2nd because those fight are awesome but cities and the landscape doesnt get reshaped the way they should when two god level powers clash like this show..... if your city is where the fight starts you better run or get swept up in the fight or pray they move out the city before it gets leveled

Because most other shows are not about immortals or gods fighting eachother and besides the gods in this show are hellbent on destroying the mortals to increase their own power so they don't give a fuck how many cities they destroyed while they fight. Though the destruction here is epic but I've seen other shows with same as long as they are not within civilians.

i would have to disagree..... most other shows are def immortals fighting each other and their realms are similar..... SH is at a level where a lot of other shows MC's are at or similar and probably stronger..... what shows you been watching???? every cultivation donghua you become immortal like after qi refining stage.... as soon as you level up from mortal your considered an immortal cultivator..... also in these shows immortal doesn't mean live forever when they use the term... although many refer to live forever as true immortality which is usually the tip top of the ladder or people that have turned into fairies....
also would love your list of shows that have this level of destruction.... my point wasn't about the level of destruction for that you can take DBZ and say its on par along with countless other shows.... although they all have massive power it is nowhere as good as this show when displaying it..... I would love to see the devs from this show make a DBZ arc in 3-d like the freeza battle..... with the fame of DBZ and the quality of this show......it would probably be the most epic production in anime history no bullsht

Just as I pointed out the fights are between mortals false gods that don't care about mortals in the lower realm, when fighting the last three gods that came together, he had to trick them away to minimize because he cared about the people. It's really possible in this show because the false gods don't care. Soul land has some and in battle through the heavens also but you can only find such scenes where the fights happened in the forest.

idk what shows you watched but i've seen almost every donghua that's been subbed since 2014 and most cultivation donghuas mortals and cultivators live in the same realm or everyone is capable of cultivation to some extent... and the fight scenes take place in the air right above them and throughout the city smashing through buildings with minimal damage and are as strong or stronger then SH.... And yes many fights happen in less populated places however perfect world's fight in the mountains would leave a plateau and a fight in the jungle would leave a dessert behind and that is the difference and my point.... the term God or Gods true or false you keep using is never really used in any of them except when they are talking about the creators of the world.... most use the term immortals and when they transend that they turn into fairies
